Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

2 lb. bag hash browns
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped onions
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 stick melted margarine
Preparation

Thaw potatoes; mix all together and place in large dish sprayed with Pam (8 1/2 x 13-inches).
Spread 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers on top.
Pour 1 melted stick margarine over crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
