Potato-Egg Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag potatoes O'Brien
8 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream
10 to 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Colby cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients except potatoes and bacon.
Add potatoes and bacon.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
