Dill Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 c. cottage cheese, heated to warm
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. grated onion or 1 Tbsp. minced dry onion
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in lukewarm water.
Combine in mixing bowl with all ingredients, except flour.
Stir in flour; knead well.
Let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk (about 60 minutes). Punch down and knead again.
Form into loaf; place in greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Let rise in warm place for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Makes 1 large loaf.
