Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 stick butter
    30 Ritz crackers or Town House crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Reserve 1 cup of broccoli's water.
    Combine softened cream cheese with this water (a whisk works well).
    In a casserole dish, layer as follows:
    broccoli, cream cheese mixture, crushed crackers and melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
