Orange Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 6 medium)
2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 Tbsp. margarine

Preparation

Peel; cut potatoes lengthwise in half.
Layer in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
In saucepan, stir sugar, cornstarch, salt and orange peel.
Slowly stir in orange juice; add margarine.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Pour over potatoes.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
