Spicy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken tenders
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    4 c. water
    1 c. Uncle Ben's converted white rice
    1 small can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Bring the 4 cups of water to a boil, then add bouillon cubes, chicken tenders, rice and tomatoes.
    Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is tender and rice is done, about 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
