Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. Wondra flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Grease generously 6 (6 ounce) custard cups or 8 medium muffin cups.
Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk just until smooth (do not overbeat).
Fill custard cups 1/2 full or muffin cups full.
Bake 25 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Decrease oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until deep golden brown.
Remove immediately from cups and serve hot.
Makes 6 to 8 popovers.
