Harvest Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. cubed (frozen) hash browns, thawed
    1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    2 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Melt butter in large bowl. Add spices and mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
