Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pieces chicken, boiled and boned
    1 pkg. Doritos, crushed
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chiles
    1/2 onion, chopped
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine in saucepan the cream of mushroom soup, 1 can Ro-Tel, 1 cup chicken broth and onion.
    Layer in casserole dish 1/2 bag Doritos (crushed), slices of Velveeta cheese, chicken, 2/3 sauce, remaining Doritos and remaining sauce.
    Sprinkle 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
