Ingredients
    1 30 oz. pkg. Frozen Shredded Hash Browns
    1 Cup Shredded Jack Cheese
    1 5 oz. pkg. Shredded Swiss Cheese
    1 Large Onion, Minced
    1 tsp. Minced Garlic
    1 1/2 Cups Milk
    1 10 oz. Cans of Cream of Chicken Soup, Undiluted
    1/2 Cup Beef Broth
    2 Tbsp. Butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. Pepper
