Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3 (1 lb.) cans chickpeas
juice of 2 lemons
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large clove garlic, finely minced (or more if desired)
salt to taste
water (for consistency)
2 Tbsp. tahini
crackers or pita bread
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all ingredients except bread in a blender or a food processor until smooth, adding water until a desirable consistency is reached.
Makes hors d'oeuvres for 10 to 12.
