Mayhaws - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. strained juice
1 box powdered pectin
5 1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Sort mayhaws, removing decayed fruit and trash.
You can leave the tiny stems and dark blossom end on the fruit.
Wash thoroughly.
