Cafe Au Lait - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. coffee
    1 c. water
    freshly scalded milk (any quantity)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. whipped cream
Preparation
    Use 4 tablespoons coffee to 1 cup water.
    Use any method desired.
    Have ready an equal quantity of freshly scalded milk. At the same time pour equal amounts of coffee and milk into heated cups.
    For a richer drink, add 1 tablespoon butter to each cup of milk or top each cup with 1 tablespoon whipped cream.
