Ingredients

3/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
3/4 c. orange juice
finely shredded orange peel or mint sprigs (optional)
Preparation

In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Cool slightly. Stir in juices.
Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Cover pan with foil and freeze about 5 hours or until mixture is firm.
