Oven Barbecued Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak (3/4-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    3 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    3/4 c. catsup
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut meat into 10 serving pieces.
    In a large skillet, brown meat in oil.
    Remove meat to Dutch oven.
    Add remaining ingredients to skillet; simmer 5 minutes and pour catsup mixture over meat.
    Cover and bake 2 hours or until meat is tender.
