Corned Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. corned beef brisket
1 large head cabbage, cut into 8ths
1 large onion, chopped
Preparation

Cover meat with cold
water
and
simmer for 3 to 3 1/2 hours over medium
fire.
After
3 hours, add cabbage and cook until tender.
Serves 7 to 9.
