Baked Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can artichoke hearts, well drained
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    3 Tbsp. dry unseasoned bread crumbs
    1 tsp. olive oil
    crackers or toast
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a bowl stir together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and onion.\tStir into the mixture the artichoke hearts, lemon juice and black pepper.
    Scrape into a small ovenproof dish.
    Sprinkle on top the bread crumbs and olive oil. Bake until top is brown, about 20 minutes.\tServe with crackers or toast.
