Pistachio Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine, softened (but not melted)
    2 c. flour
    1 c. walnuts
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
    3 c. cold milk
Preparation
    Mix the butter, flour and walnuts together.
    Knead and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Let cool. (May be placed in refrigerator to cool.)
