Chicken Breasts With Asparagus And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    4 Tbsp. butter, divided
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chicken stock
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 lb. fresh asparagus spears, cooked and drained
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. cream
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Pound the chicken breasts until thin.
    In a skillet, saute the chicken in 2 tablespoons of butter until lightly browned on both sides.
    Season the chicken and remove it from the pan.
