Apple Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. diced tart apples
1 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts

Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla; beat until well blended. Stir in flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; mix well.
Fold in apples, raisins and nuts.
