Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon, cut small
4 green onions
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
4 c. cooked potatoes
Preparation

Saute bacon in large pan.
Remove bacon and saute onions in drippings.
Stir in flour, salt, sugar, mustard, water and vinegar.
Stir until thickened, add cut up potatoes and bacon pieces.
Serve immediately. (This dish can all be done in the microwave too.)
