Sausage Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. self-rising meal
2 eggs 1 c. milk
1 lg. can whole kernel corn
1 lg. onion chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 lb. hot sausage, browned & crumbled
1 clove garlic, crushed

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix cornmeal, eggs, and milk; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into muffin pan.
Bake 25 minutes or until brown.
