Bacon-Wrapped Scallops With Lemon-Chive Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 doz. fresh sea scallops (about 3 lb.)
    1 lb. sliced bacon
    lemon and chive sauce
Preparation
    Cut bacon in half crosswise.
    Wrap each scallop in a piece of bacon and secure with a wooden toothpick.
    Place scallop on a rack in a broiler pan.
    Brush with Lemon and Chive Sauce.
    Broil 6 inches from heat, 10 to 15 minutes or until scallops are opaque and bacon is done, turning occasionally.
    Serve immediately. Yield:
    6 servings.
