Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    2 lb. or more red skin potatoes, cut into large chunks (don't peel)
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Put all ingredients into plastic bag. Close and shake until potatoes are coated evenly.
    Empty into shallow baking pan.
    Bake, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
    Garnish with fresh parsley.
    Serves 8.
