Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups cooked chicken, diced
    2 cups chopped celery
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup cashews (optional)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    1 cup crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips.
    Place in a greased casserole.\tTop with cheese, then with a layer of potato chips.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
