Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. mayo
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. grated cheese
1 medium onion, grated
salt and pepper to taste
dry bread or cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cook broccoli until tender.
Drain and place in a large mixing bowl.
Combine soup, mayo, eggs, onion, salt and pepper with broccoli.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Cover with cheese and
bread\tcrumbs.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
