Garden Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

2 c. chopped broccoli or sliced cauliflower
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 10-inch pie pan.
Cook broccoli until almost tender (5 minutes) and drain.
Mix broccoli, onion, peppers and cheese into pie pan.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and pour into pie pan.
Bake until golden brown and inserted knife comes out clean, about 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
