Chelou Kabab(Chelou Is Rice And Kabab Is Broiled Meats And Vegetables) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, grated
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
    Flatten the beef mixture onto a baking sheet until about 1-inch thickness.
    Cut crosswise into 2-inch wide strips for individual portions.
    Cook for 30 minutes (325\u00b0).
    May need to turn oven to broil for the last 3 to 4 minutes to get the desired brownness.
    Serve kabab over rice (chelou).
    Sprinkle with sumac.
