Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup butterscotch nibs
or chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat egg whites to stiff peaks. Add sugar gradually.
Fold in nuts and nibs.
Drop cookies on well-buttered cookie sheet.
Place in oven.
TURN OFF OVEN.
Do not open oven door for at least eight hours.
It is nice to make these in the evening and leave overnight in the oven.
