Beef Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
12 oz. chunky salsa
1 c. sweet corn, drained
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 c. crushed tortilla chips, divided
2 c. Colby/Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Brown meat; drain.
Stir in salsa, corn, mayonnaise and chili powder.
Layer 1/2 each of the meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole dish.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until heated.
Top with shredded lettuce, tomato and sour cream if desired.
