Ingredients

1 head cabbage, chopped
1 mango pepper
1 onion
1/2 c. oil
1 cucumber
1 carrot, grated
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Toss with equal parts of oil, sugar and vinegar, about 1/2 cup or more of each.
Add salt and pepper.
