Beef Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef Bracciole, thin sliced
    pickle halves, quartered
    2 medium onions, chopped finely
    1 (8 oz.) can low-salt beef broth
    1 (8 oz.) c. white cooking wine
    yellow mustard
    salt and pepper
    6 large mushrooms, sliced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
