Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 cut-up fryer
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in saucepan and place over low heat until oleo is melted.
    Do not boil.
    Put 1 cut-up fryer in baking dish and place in oven at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until chicken begins to dry out. Spoon hot sauce over meat; continue baking, turning chicken and coating each piece several times until meat is done.
    Serve with rice; leftover sauce may be used for gravy.
