Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 uncooked chicken, cut up, or meaty parts of 2 chickens
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can onion soup
    1 can water
    1 c. dry Minute rice
    1/2 can pimentos, sliced (optional)
Preparation
    Wash and place chicken in large shallow baking dish.
    Sprinkle rice over the chicken (uncooked).
    Add soups and water and bake 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 5 to 6 people.
