Tri-Tip Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. tri-tip
    1 onion, sliced in rings
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Place onion and beef tip in resealable plastic bag or glass dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour marinade over tri-tip beef mixture and place in refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Turn beef occasionally.
    Barbecue on medium heat until tri-tip is medium rare.
