7 Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1 (10 oz.) box frozen English peas
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pt. jar mayonnaise
1 bell pepper
1/4 lb. bacon, cooked
1 bunch green onions
Preparation
-
Put each item in layers, starting with lettuce and ending with the cheese.
Cook peas, drain and cool.
Cook bacon.
Cool and crumble.
Do not toss.
Let set 12 hours.
Will keep several days in refrigerator.
