Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. zucchini, sliced thin and diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. biscuit mix
4 large eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix together zucchini, onion, biscuit mix, eggs, oil, cheese, marjoram, parsley, salt and pepper until zucchini is evenly coated. Pour into buttered 12-inch pie plate or an oblong dish (10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch). Bake until golden.
