Hickory Smoked Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) chicken, cut up
1 (3 1/2 oz.) liquid smoke
1 c. hot water
barbecue sauce
Preparation

Combine liquid smoke and water in a shallow dish.
Add chicken and marinate for 15 minutes, turn chicken and marinate other side for 15 minutes.
Remove chicken from marinade.
Drain and place in baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, in 325\u00b0
oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Dip or brush chicken with barbecue sauce.
Bake in 350\u00b0
oven for 15 minutes.
