Sinfully Rich Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate or white cake mix
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 jar caramel or butterscotch ice cream topping
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    4 or 5 Skor bars or Heath bars
Preparation
    Bake cake mix as directed in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cool slightly. Make large holes all over (handle of wooden spoon works well). Pour condensed milk over the warm cake, not hot.
    Pour ice cream topping over warm cake; cool.
    Spread Cool Whip over cake.
    Break candy bars into small bits; sprinkle over top and serve.
    Freeze. Skor bars break up easier.
