Ingredients

5 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. canned milk
2/3 c. carton milk
2 c. or more coconut
2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
2 pie shells
Preparation

To prepare pie crusts:
Cook crusts for half cooking time. Sprinkle crusts with coconut before pouring custard in.
Also, after custard has been poured in, sprinkle with more coconut.
