Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (9-inch) deep dish unbaked pie shell
    cinnamon or nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl.
    Add melted butter and beaten eggs and stir with a whisk or fork until well blended.
    Stir in buttermilk, vanilla and lemon juice and mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and dust with cinnamon or nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until filling is set and lightly browned.
