Croghan Style Bologna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
    1/4 tsp. onion salt (powder)
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 lb. ground round hamburg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; let stand in refrigerator 24 hours.
    Mix again and mold into round rolls.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes on a rack in a shallow pan.
