Fish With Beer-Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets or steaks
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded American cheese
    3 Tbsp. beer
Preparation
    Thaw
    fish if frozen.
    Measure thickness of fish.
    In a lightly
    greased
    10

    6 x 2-inch baking dish, arrange fish. (For
    fillets,
    tuck
    under
    thin
    edges.) Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven until
    fish flakes with a fork.
    (Allow 4 to 6 minutes per 1/2 inch thickness of fish.)
