Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter/margarine
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    parsley
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, melt butter and garlic together.
    Wash potatoes and cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Put potatoes in a baking dish.
    Pour butter and garlic over potatoes.
    Sprinkle parsley over top of potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
    Stir frequently. Can add more butter if potatoes become too dry.
    Cook until golden brown and tender.
