Smothered Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. fryer or broiler, cut up
    salt
    flour
Preparation
    Use 3 to 4 pound fryer or broiler, cut up.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, seasoned salt and flour.
    Fry in hot fat (oil) until brown on all sides.
    Add 1/2 cup water.
    Cover tightly and cook over low heat until chicken is tender.
    Add more water if necessary during cooking.
