5 Hour Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. pot roast
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place roast on large double layer of foil.
    Pour soups on top. Salt and pepper.
    Close tight.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
