Crabmeat Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. minced shallots
4 Tbsp. minced parsley
Boston lettuce leaves
cherry tomatoes
1 tsp. minced chives
1/4 tsp. diced tarragon
pinch of cayenne pepper
salt to taste
2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 to 3 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except lettuce and tomatoes.
Serve on lettuce with cherry tomatoes as garnish, chilled.
Serve with hot, crusty French bread.
