Breakfast Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread, crust removed, buttered on one side
    sausage, ham, or bacon- browned and drained
    12 oz. shredded cheddar
    6 eggs- blended with:
    4 1/2 c. milk
    2 t. dry mustard, optional
    1 t. salt
Preparation
    Place 6 slices of bread butter side down in buttered 9x13 pan.
    Cover with sausage.
    Add cheese.
    Place remaining 6 slices of bread butter side up over cheese.
    Beat remaining four ingredients and pour over bread.
    Refrigerate 12 hours.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
