Sweet And Sour Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 large onion, grated
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. salad oil
1 Tbsp. celery seed

Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, mustard, onion and half the vinegar. Gradually add salad oil, beating constantly and vigorously.
Beat in remaining vinegar.
Add celery seed.
Continue to beat until mixture thickens.
