Harvest Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 to 3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice*
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

In large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
In medium bowl, whisk eggs, pumpkin, margarine and peel.
Stir in walnuts and raisins. Pour pumpkin mixture into dry ingredients.
Stir just until mixed. Spoon batter into 12 greased muffin cups.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
